We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID), precise location, contacts, photos, or any direct identifier linking analytics to your person. Platform sync (iCloud, Google) runs under your own account, we do not receive a copy.

Where it is processed
All data we process directly is stored in the European Union, on AWS (Paris, Frankfurt, or Ireland) and PostHog EU. Platform services (Apple, Google) may process data outside the EEA under their own policies and standard contractual clauses.

GDPR, your rights
Legal bases, legitimate interest (analytics, crash reports), consent (contact, optional features), contract (purchases), legal obligation (accounting).
Your rights, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent. No automated decision making or profiling.
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@hasen.eu. We reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, cnil.fr.

Retention
- App content, on your device until you delete it.
- Analytics events, up to 12 months.
- Crash reports, up to 90 days.
- Support emails, up to 24 months.
- Purchase records, up to 10 years (French accounting law).

Other
- Security, TLS in transit, encryption at rest on AWS, least privilege access.
- Children, not directed at children under 15. We do not knowingly collect their data.
- Website, hasen.eu uses no cookies. Anonymous pageviews and outbound click counts are sent to PostHog EU, without identifiers, fingerprinting, or session recording.
- Changes, the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes are noted in app release notes.
