How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Your subscription is linked to the Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase, so make sure you are signed in with the same one.
How is my data handled?
Your content stays on your device by default. Tempora households and Lenti recipe libraries are local first. Anonymous usage metrics are sent to PostHog in the EU and can be turned off in app Settings. Read the privacy policy for the full list.
I still need help. How do I reach you?
Write to support@hasen.eu. We usually respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, from Paris. Include the app name and a short description of what you were trying to do.
Lenti
Which languages does Lenti support?
At launch Lenti reads and translates between English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, with Dutch and Polish arriving next. You can pick your reading language per recipe and switch between American and British English in Settings.
Can I scan handwritten recipe cards?
Yes. Lenti handles printed cookbook pages and handwritten notes. Uncertain words are highlighted so you can confirm or correct them before the recipe is saved.
Can I import a recipe from a URL?
Paste a recipe URL into Lenti and it will extract the structured data (title, servings, ingredients, method) from the page, then hand it over to the same translation and unit pipeline as scanned pages.
Does Lenti handle metric and imperial units?
Both, with a cooking aware conversion table (cups, tablespoons, sticks of butter, Esslöffel, Prise, and density based math so 1 cup of flour is not 1 cup of water). Set a default in Settings or toggle per recipe.
Can I scale a recipe to more servings?
Yes. Adjust the servings slider on any recipe and quantities recalculate. Salt, spices and leavening scale sublinearly, oven temperatures and cook times are flagged for review rather than changed.
Does Lenti work offline?
All saved recipes work fully offline. Lenti only needs a network when you are importing a new recipe (scan, translate, or URL). Once it is in your library, cooking is entirely local.
Can I export my saved recipes?
Open any recipe, tap the share icon, and choose Export as PDF, or share as plain text to a messaging app. Source attribution (book title, author) is always included.
Tempora
Does Tempora work across multiple caregivers?
Yes. A co-parent, grandparent, or nanny can join the same household with a single invite link. Everyone sees the same real time view, with roles for co-parent, caregiver, and view only.
Does Tempora collect data about my children?
No child photos, no full names, no date of birth. Tempora stores a first name (or nickname), an age group, and an avatar. Limits default to the most protective preset when you choose not to say.
Does Tempora support family sharing?
On iOS, Tempora works with Apple Family Sharing so a single purchase covers up to six household members. On Android, a household link invites caregivers to join.
Which platforms does Tempora support?
iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, macOS, with lightweight companions on Apple Watch (glanceable remaining time) and Apple TV (child facing countdown). A single household purchase covers all your devices.
